Emergency Response Network provides the same packages to Citizen Corps and to Community Initiatives.   The first package is a Resource Directory only and the second is the ERN Application Suite which includes a Resource Directory.

Resource Directory The features and functionality are the same as the one we use with this website.   The directory on our site has the default view of information as private, but allows the organization to select the public view also.  The private view limits the ability to access information to only those individuals who have a User Name and Password.  You may also enable the internal view which will limit the view to individuals you select. You build your own taxonomy (Service Types) from a standardized list.  You may request to have additional service types included. Case Management This is a user-friendly case management system.  It includes a hierarchal case manager with client groups, notes, appointments, and more.  You can create and save simple or complex reports with a report generator.       Website We provide you with a user-friendly content management system so you can make simple changes to your website.  This system includes email, custom forms, newsletters, etc.  We have funding to contribute 40 hours of free website design and to do additional design work (if needed) for $10 per hour.   We have created an example website to show you what your website could look like, sample content, etc.
