Most Reverend Dr. DAVID I. HARTMAN is the Metropolitan Archbishop of Azusa Christian Temple of Salvation, Bronx , New York . Dr. Hartman served as Director of the Clergy Crisis Responder Program, Office of Emergency Management for The City of New York under the Honorable Rudolph W. Giuliani. This directorship governed the spiritual care component and management of a team of clerics from varied denominational backgrounds and support staff from the New York City Police Department, whose overall mandate was to provide City-wide spiritual care and support to those who were impacted by the World Trade Center attack. He is an active chaplain with the Temple Fire and Rescue Department and has contracts with the city of Temple , TX to counsel their police and fire personnel during and following crisis situations. Chaplain JOE B. WILLIAMS and his wife Linda, a Grief Recovery Specialist have been in contract with the North American Mission Board in the Gulf Coast area in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas from September 27, 2005 to present, working with pastors, church staff, and their spouses as well as church congregations in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Joe has served as chaplain to the Oklahoma Division of the FBI from 1991 to present, Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office 1987 to 1991 and Nicoma Park Police Department 1982 to 1987.
